Efek Mediasi Kualitas Layanan Pada Pengaruh Kualitas Sistem dan Kualitas Informasi Terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna Sistem Informasi Akademik Universitas Lancang Kuning

This study aims to analyze the influence model of system quality and information quality on user satisfaction of Lancang Kuning University Academic Information System with service quality as an intervening variable. This research was conducted by survey method by distributing questionnaires to 141 respondents. Sampling using purposive sampling method, sampling by taking into account certain criteria, namely to lecturers and education staff who become admins for each SIM at SIAKAD UNILAK. The results showed that the system quality variable had no direct and insignificant effect on the satisfaction of UNILAK SIAKAD users, but the quality of the system indirectly through service quality as an intervening variable had a significant and significant effect on UNILAK SIAKAD user satisfaction.
